Prevention is always the best method when it comes to pests, and every 1-2 months spraying your home will provide the best results. If you would like to set up a recurring treatment, we are happy to accomodate any schedule you would like for your pest control services.
Safe products only
Our St. George pest control services are one with the safest available products. We research every product we use extensively, and ensure that they are safe and meant for use around homes.
The products we use never have a “Danger” warning label. We always go for those that are labeled “Caution” and are specific to the situation we use them in. Each product our technicians use are safe around children and pets.
30 day call back guarantee
For those customers who are on a consistent schedule for treatment every 1-2 months, we offer free call backs between those services.
For other circumstances, we offer a 30-day call back guarantee. We can’t guarantee longer than that because pests can build up a nest in 60 days, and if it has been too long since the services the product can weaken. Without consistent spraying, it is difficult to guarantee or eliminate the issue.
Weather Resistant Products
The products we use on home treatments are made to deal with weather. Once the product gets 30 minutes of drying time, you are set. The product we use is made to last up to 90 days through rain, sprinklers, etc.
Year round service
Because the products we use for treatment can wear off, we suggest servicing through the winter. Even though you can’t see these pests, they are there hiding in warmer places to stay out of the cold. Servicing year round can prevent issues that may arise if products weaken.

Because of the warm climate in St. George and other areas in Southern Utah, there are a lot of pests.
We typically service for cockroaches, spiders, ants, scorpions and earwigs.
Doing your part
Like we said, prevention is the best move for controlling pests. The number one thing you can do to keep your home pest free is keeping it clean. Cleanliness can significantly reduce the chances of an infestation in your home.
The exterior of your home is included in this. Don’t stack up trash, debri, etc. against your house because the pest will swarm it. By cleaning up messes, storing pet food responsibly and take care of animal waste you can dramatically help with your bug issues.
